Estimate Specification

Estimates may be entered for any number of quantity breaks. Estimates present detailed cost breakdowns and provide internal analysis and reporting requirements. Written Customer Quotations are generated in the Customer Information application.

Outside costs may be recorded for each quantity.

Variables button facilitates variable material costs in one estimate, e.g. print directly onto a number of items of varying size and cost.

A value in the quantity field calculates a price for the entered margin. 

Entering a value directly into the price field calculates the margin for that price value.

Prices may be calculated using an overall margin or from separate margins for material, labor and outside components.

Overs (waste) calculations by default are calculated by HotReturn™. These calculations may be overridden and either ignored entirely or substituted with user entered values.

Material and operation specifications displayed in the lists at the bottom of the window can be examined and edited in their own windows with a double click.
