Issue Material

Material Issues deplete inventory.

Material Issues can be executed one at a time from this window or all materials can be issued from the Docket in one operation. It is also necessary from time to time to issue only a partial or extra material when there is unplanned spoilage. Therefore there may be multiple Issues for any given material.

An option can be selected in a set up file to disallow the deletion of material movement records. This feature enables tracking of all inventory movements including errors but does require adjustments when an error has been made. The Reverse Move button makes the adjustment for you and inserts a generic explanation in the Note field without any further data entry.

No Move checkbox prevents an inventory depletion of the material. This is useful when the material is an off cut and has already been depleted from inventory.
