Operation Specification

Complete operation instructions can be entered with a few mouse clicks. In the example below all of the text in the text entry fields was entered with selections made from lists.

Description box instructions need only be typed when you wish to supplement the instructions to add clarity or details that are specific to the part or process being performed.

Show Rate button allows Operation Charge Rate to be changed for a specific operation but does not alter the default rates.

Use Tool checkbox writes instruction to indicate tool to be used for this operation.

Component to Component lists contain all materials and all Sub Assemblies and the Primary Part. This allows the entry of instructions for work to be performed on Sub Assemblies, e.g. laminate Backplate sub assembly to Overlay sub assembly.
